Who is EarthX Media?
EarthX Media is a multi-platform entertainment company that exists to amplify the mission of EarthX.org.
EarthX Media brings you entertaining and informative content across television, streaming, video-on-demand, and social media. Anchored by the EarthX and EarthXtra television networks, we are available 24/7 to millions of households in the United States.
Where can I find you on social media?
You’ll find us on most social platforms as @EarthXMedia.
How much does EarthX and EarthXtra cost?
EarthX is included in the basic package of your favorite cable provider. Find us on DirecTV (channel 267), U-Verse (channel 1267), Spectrum (check your local channel guide), and Philo.
EarthXtra is our free streaming channel, available through Amazon Prime Video, Amazon Fire TV, Plex, Xumo, and Sling.
Do you have an app to subscribe to?
We do not currently have a dedicated app nor a direct subscription service. Who needs another app, anyways?
Is your channel family friendly?
Our content is indeed family friendly, however, when it comes to nature, you never know when an animal or two may need to have an on-camera snack. (Cue: The Circle of Life soundtrack)
I don’t live in the US. How can I watch?
Currently, EarthX and EarthXtra are only found on US platforms. We do license some of our original content around the globe, but the only place to find the full EarthX library is with our US partners.

What does the X stand for?
We like to think of it as representing the cross-section of who and what we bring together. Whether it’s people from different backgrounds, political ideologies, or interests; groups who you may not imagine working together—like hunters and conservationists, or scientists and farmers, or environmentalists and capitalists—we bring all sides together to share in one common goal: love our planet.
Is EarthX related to SpaceX?
Ahh, good one. Nope—SpaceX is about leaving Earth. EarthX is about loving it.
